Cyberduck is a File Transfer Protocol client we use in NMIX 4110 to connect and upload to our servers. It is a very useful and cheap application, considering it is ~free~ for download. Cyberduck allows you to connect to a variety of servers, including OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox. There are a lot of other features I could talk about, but honestly, they all go over my head.
I think my favorite part about Cyberduck is that they have their own newsletter to notify subscribers when new versions are available for update. Although I'm not a subscriber, I wish I had been before I updated to the newest version and got stuck with a terrifying application icon.
Unfortunately, there is not much Cyberduck general history or fun facts on the website. However, after the HOURS of long research I mentioned on the page prior, I can conclude that the company is based out of Bern, Switzerland. I would like to thank Twitter for the location feature in their biographies; it really helps when investigating accounts.

Being located in Switzerland, which is surrounded by several European countries, Cyberduck supports a variety of languages, including Dutch, Polish, and German. So, apart from their terrifying icon and numerous features, Cyberduck is very inclusive and seeks to assist as many people as possible.
Apart from learning about their location, social media offers an insight to the company itself. @cyberduckapp on Twitter has around 2.7k followers and only follows 15 people, which is a very nice ratio. Unfortunately, they are not verified, which I believe is a direct cause of their updated icon. I am not one to speculate, but maybe they would have a blue check mark if it weren't for the creepy duck.
Cyberduck's Twitter Account
Notice in the screenshot above that the Cyberduck account uses the regular duck icon as their profile picture. Perhaps whoever manages the account also does not approve of the scary duck.
